Positive: Good location, communication. Nothing to complain!

Great place, worst service Positive: The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, comfortable, and incredibly clean. The location and views over the sea were perfect. Beautiful balcony with swing and rocking chair. Self check in mechanism with keybox was very efficient. Good facilities. Negative: The service overall was so bad. After paying 2k deposit via whatsapp link as requested (this rate is extortionate), the company / owner went mia and was not responsive, and we spent a good half hour in the lobby with a rude receptionist until they responded and 'uploaded' our info into the system to allow for check in - I almost thought we were scammed. We had booked 2 nights; at 4 am (?!) the first night, I were messaged to confirm our check out time, which I thought was incredibly rude - we had a whole day and night left. The cleaning company was at the door before noon - we were not accomodated a slight extension at checkout. Later in the evening, I was told that there was a bedlamp that was missing from the apartment (!!) that was never there in the first place - a horrible accusatory attempt at keeping a chunk of our deposit?? I am SO dissapointed with this humiliating episode- never experienced it before in my lifetime of travel. Also to be honest, we lost sleep as supercars revved and sped all night in the vicinity - it was very loud and disturbing. We were on the 10th floor.

الشقه يديده وحلوه بس ماتصلح حق عايله فيها عيال بس تنفع حق ثنين ثلاث كبار وماشي قريب عالشقه مثل بقاله او صيدليه ، ويوم وص Positive: لم يعجبني شي Negative: مكان جديد فيه ازعاج بناء جديد على جميع الشوارع ولاتوجد خدمات قريبه مثل صيدلية او بقالة

Positive: Апартамента беше много хубав Negative: Имаше стоеж до нас

It was PERFECT in an imperfect world! Positive: It was beautiful, clean and the stands host was very helpful as well as friendly. Negative: There was ABSOLUTELY nothing to not like.
