Breathtaking view compact & modern spacious studio

Negative: I have an issue with the Studio and the room at the beginning they asked me to pay 1000 AED FOR deposit after I paid they allowed me to enter the room. When I entered I found very bad smell from AC and furnitures I have little daughter and she started coughing immediately from the bad smells I contacted the reception and the agent without any support then I left the room immediately and reported the issues to Booking and trying to find another hotel

Good stay! Positive: It’s cute and simple. Purposeful furnishing and the balcony is a great addition to the room. Negative: Process involved in accessing the parking and opening the digital lock. The host didn’t bother to answer the call when I tried to get the guidance to open the lock. The building security helped me get it opened. The bathroom needs to be having stands to keep the toiletries and the shower curtain had seen its better days a long time ago.

Nice Place Positive: It’s clean, nice view, have every things in it even though we didn’t use many of them. It’s very near to Miracle Garden. Negative: We liked everything about the property. However I don’t remember it İs mentioned in booking com that we should pay 1000 AED for deposit. Hopefully it will be paid back asap

Positive: The pool was closed. I booked the apartment because of the pool and facilities. Also be carful with the deposit. I paid 1000 aed (around 250euro) deposit for my 2 night stay. I should get back the money within 24-48h after check out. I would not get my money back if I would not send a tons of messages on the platform and personally contacted them.
