Positive: The location was in walking distance of Marina and beach. Compared to hotel room the room is more spacious. And it is nice you have a kitchen in there, + gym and pool.
Negative: It is located right over a busy road, with lot of traffic/ pollution. The balcony is also on this road, so not great sitting outside. All the cleaning supplies are in the bathroom which is not super spacious. You dont have a comfortable couch or lounge chair to rest. And to work, the tables are too high to work on, it is more like a bar table (distance between chair and tables). Pool has only sun in the morning.
