Positive: Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Fußläufig zur Metro und Tram. Der JBR Strand ist auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Shops, Restaurants alles vor der Tür. Das Haus, der Pool, die Sauna und auch das Apartment an sich machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt!

Apartment itself nice and well appointed but some negatives in location
Positive: It's a self service apartment no food provided. Well located in Dubai Marina to tram and Metro and other facilities
Negative: Located on first floor opposite a very busy highway with a lot of road noise late into the night that was very intrusive at times. Also located above a bakery, so food smell very strong at times. Advertised pool but was under maintenance with no alternative offered
