I recommend it. nice and great location
Positive: nice house, close to the marina. no noise.
Negative: I arrived at night and the security person had not received notification of my arrival and I had to wait for them to communicate with the company that manages the accommodation. it was more or less quick, but after an 8 hour flight and it being 4 am, it was not very pleasant.
