Great apartment and location. Misleading and false advertising.
Positive: Great location in Dubai Marina. Clean.
Negative: Apartment was advertised as having an outdoor pool. The pool was closed when we arrived and had already been closed 10 days prior. Notified the apartment management and was told, “not our fault, no compensation will be made”. I checked on Booking.com after notifying management and the apartment was still being listed as having an outdoor pool even though they knew the pool was closed. Purposefully misleading prospective guests.
