الجميل والمزعج..
Positive: كل شيء كان يفوق التوقعات.. وأفضل مما كنا نظن..
بالنسبة لتعامل موظفين الشركة.. كانوا محترفين.. كما انهم ملتزمون بتطبيق اللوائح والقوانين حسب ما تنص عليه السياسات..
أرجو من الجميع قراة البنود بالتفصيل.. ومراجعة جميع الشروط..
Negative: من خلال مراجعة شروط الحجز.. لم يكن واضحا الشرط بمبلغ التأمين في تطبيق بوكينج.. مع العلم قد قمنا بالبحث عنه انا وموظف الشركة أثناء القيام بإستلام الوحده عند تسجيل الدخول..
بمراجعة هذا الأمر بعد يومين.. لاحظت ان البند مذكور باللغة الإنجليزية.. في تفاصيل ومواصفات الوحده.. ولم يكن مذكورا في تفاصيل الشروط الخاصة بالحجز..
هذا الأمر وضعني كمتعامل مع الشركة وموظفيها في موقف محرج ومزعج مع أفراد عائلتي..

Negative: Maybe only that some of the wet areas need bleaching.
