Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Positive: Nothing. Negative: Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I would not recommend this place to anyone. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The customer service and hosts were extremely poor and unhelpful throughout the entire stay. There was a faulty stove that kept triggering an alarm at all hours of the day and night, disrupting our rest and peace. Despite repeated complaints, they couldn’t get it fixed properly. On top of that, they provided a broken sofa bed that was wet, and they showed zero concern that guests were expected to sleep on it. Instead of taking accountability for these serious issues, the hosts were quick to blame us for everything that went wrong. To make matters worse, they attempted to keep our deposit money by finding baseless reasons — clearly a scam tactic. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a booking. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money here. There are far better places with decent service and respect for their guests — book one of those instead.
