Stylish apartment with breathtaking view over the Palm!
Positive: The view is absolutely stunning — overlooking the sea, the beach below, and the palm. You’re on an island just minutes away with taxi from the action of Dubai Marina and JBR. The rooms are beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, and we especially loved that the two-bedroom apartment had three bathrooms. The mastersuite with ensuite bathroom!
The property also features a true infinity pool with the same breathtaking view as from the apartment balcony just one floor below. Relaxing on the lounge sofas in the area beside the pool was really great.
If you’re looking for an apartment with an incredible view and a perfect location — this is it!
Negative: On weekends, there aren’t enough sunbeds on the beach. Many guests wake up around 6 a.m. to reserve their spot by leaving a book or towel, but then only show up for an hour or two. The property really needs to enforce a stricter sunbed reservation policy — it’s frustrating to see half the chairs sitting empty for hours.
I love a good party, so I don’t mind the loud music. However, if you’re looking for peace and quiet on your balcony at night, this isn’t the right place. The apartment faces West Palm Beach on the Palm on the right side, which is lined with lively beach clubs — and in Dubai, they definitely turn up the volume at night, as there are no strict noise restrictions. Luckily, once you close the soundproof balcony doors, you don’t hear a thing.
At the moment, there’s construction work at the intersection leading to Dubai Harbour Island. Normally, it only takes about three minutes to drive off the island to reach Dubai Marina, but during our stay it could take up to 20 minutes due to lane closures and traffic jams. This should improve soon as the work is completed.
